What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we store the fields you typed, the time, and a hashed version of your IP address used only to rate-limit abuse. Nothing else is collected on this site. No advertising pixels, no third-party cookies.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not fingerprint visitors.

Where it lives

Enquiries are stored on Cloudflare D1 (EU jurisdiction) and forwarded to our email and an internal Telegram channel so we can reply. They are deleted 12 months after the last contact unless you become a client.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email focalvero.team@gmail.com and we act within 7 days.
